It’s great relaxing in the lounge hanging chair Wave. It gives you a wonderful vacation feeling as soon as you close your eyes and relax completely. How lovely that is on your own balcony, roof terrace, in the garden or at home. Rocking, reading a good book, on your phone or doing nothing at all!
The smooth curves of the lounge hanging chair are formed from Scandinavian spruce with attractive color and great strength.
Hang the lounge hanging chair from the balcony or indoor ceiling; or combine it with the luxurious lounge hanging chair holder Optimist. All very easy to assemble and maintenance free as the FSC wood is deeply impregnated making it rot resistant.
Should you choose the hanging chair without a holder you will have to purchase a ceiling suspension system yourself. Find out which one you need in relation to the weight of the chair and the type of ceiling. You can hang the hanging chair both indoors and outdoors.
Choose from three different lounge cushions made of Polyester, Olefin or Dralon. All of excellent quality; but some just a little more suitable than others based on the environment. The lounge cushions make the already ergonomically designed hanging chair even more comfortable.

The wide lounge hanging chair holder ensures that the Wave hanging chair remains stable; even if you need to turn for a moment and your weight shifts.
When you order the Wave lounge hanging chair without a hanging chair holder you will have to purchase a ceiling suspension system yourself. Find out which one you need in relation to the weight of the chair and the type of ceiling. You can hang the hanging chair both indoors and outdoors.
The lounge hanging chair holder can carry as much as 150 kg. The holder also makes the hanging chair easy to move and can be used indoors or outdoors. The hanging chair can be detached from the hanging chair holder and mounted as a permanent fixture; for example, on the balcony ceiling or indoors.
Dralon lounge pillow
The high level of comfort is due in large part to the included cushion that is soft and deep. The cushion is made of Dralon acrylic (190 g / m2); a pleasant-to-touch, durable fabric that is ideal for outdoor use. Cushions and mattresses made of acrylic are basically meant to be used in countries with a Mediterranean or hot climate; so ideal.
The high water repellency of the acrylic fabric and the TEFLON® finish make the lounge cushion water resistant. Nevertheless, we recommend protecting the cushion from heavy rain to extend their durability. So bring the pillow inside in soaking wet weather.
The acrylic has high UV resistance. Even after years of use, the cushion can retain its original color. In addition, acrylic stays cool in the heat and warm in cooler temperatures.
Dry spun DRALON® fibers inhibit the formation of mold and are anti-bacterial. The cushion cover can be washed in the washing machine. However, repeated washing of acrylic will reduce its water repellency.

Natural-looking 210 g/m² thick, durable fabric ideal for outdoor use. Intended for use in areas with a Mediterranean or hot climate. The elegant beige color harmonizes perfectly with the natural color of wood. Olefin is water repellent enough for areas where rain is rare. It is recommended to protect the cushion from rain to increase its durability. It is resistant to pool water. Olefin also has excellent resistance to Uv radiation. Retains its original color even after years of use. Stays cool in hot weather. Best washed by hand. Repeated washing reduces water repellency. Stain-resistant Teflon® finish.
Polyester lounge cushion
Polyester (190 g/sqm) is a durable fabric, ideal for outdoor use. The polyester pillows and mattresses are intended for use in countries with a temperate climate, and available for the following products. The cushion has an ivory color and matches well with the color of the wood.
Polyester has a high water repellent content; which extends its durability, however, we recommend protecting the cushions from heavy rain. So bring them inside in soaking wet weather. Polyester has average UV resistance and thus should be protected from direct sunlight as much as possible. Bringing the cushions inside after use is therefore preferred. Polyester is best washed by hand. However, repeated washing of polyester covers will make it less water repellent.
Material
The manufacturer uses only verified high-quality and 100% FSC Scandinavian spruce. The combination of excellent and natural materials and progressive and modern designs results in overwhelming, comfortable and durable outdoor leisure furniture with a unique European flair.
The lounge hanging chair is made of glued wood boards and impregnated spruce wood. This gives up to at least 10 years against rot. The wood is namely deeply impregnated and thus resistant to weathering and Uv radiation.
Packaging and delivery
Both the wooden lounge hanging chair stand and the wooden lounge hanging chair come in a thick cardboard box and is easy to assemble. Delivery time is usually within 6 to 10 business days.
Is assembling the lounge hanging chair and or hanging chair holder easy?
Yes, the manuals are very complete and easy to follow. The language is English. Manuals are included for the hanging chair holder and the hanging chair. View the manuals under the ‘Manuals’ tab. Assembling the hanging chair holder and / or the hanging chair takes a good 1 to 3 hours. Depends on how handy you are. We received this information from our customers. We recommend mounting the hanging chair and or hanging chair holder with two people. Make sure you make enough room to assemble the hanging chair and or hanging chair holder in peace.

Treatment and maintenance
Treatment of the Wave hanging chair and Optimist hanging chair stand is not necessary because the wood is pressure impregnated. This involves pressure impregnation with Tanalith®E from the renowned British company Lonza Protection. Addition to the Tanagard® impregnation makes the treated wood highly water repellent, preserving its beautiful color and resistance to rot for more than 10 years over a long period of time, for applications without contact with the ground. During the production process, in periods of increased risk of blue discoloration, the Antiblue® protection is additionally applied.

Unfortunately, these cannot be shipped via standard parcel services.
