This balcony storage box cushion of 100 cm wide is made of Sunproof Cartenza uni fabric. This is the best choice for outdoor cushions because of its many advantages and the favourable price-quality ratio. We have had this outdoor cushion made especially for the 100 cm wide balcony storage box. The balcony storage box cushion gives the seating even more comfort; for example, if you use the storage box as an extra seat or as a footrest in combination with the 100 cm wide balcony bench. Choose from no less than 37 colors.

Sunproof Cartenza fabric is tested according to the official test method for outdoor use; code: BS EN ISO-B04. This test method tests color fastness, UV resistance and the weathering process. Because outdoor fabrics are constantly exposed to severe weather conditions, this is the only standard that proves the Sunproof Cartenza fabric will stay beautiful and fresh for years.

Sunproof Cartenza fabric has favorable properties for outdoor use. It is dirt and water repellent, chlorine and seawater resistant and mildew resistant. In addition, it is produced environmentally friendly, Sunproof fabrics are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified and recyclable.

Maintenance tips for the balcony storage box cushion

  • Stains can generally be easily removed by dabbing the stain with lukewarm water in combination with washing-up liquid
  • Bleaching agents – can be used if necessary
  • The balcony storage box cushion can be washed at 40 degrees (not suitable for ironing and not in the dryer)
  • Does not need to be ironed
  • Dry the cushion cover on the clothesline.
  • Tumble dry only on low heat
  • Do not clean with a pressure washer or steam machine
  • Cartenza sofa cushions should be stored when wet, preferably indoors
  • The sg30 polyether foam filling is not water resistant and will eventually let water through.

At our store, you’re not just buying a product — you’re investing in sustainable, high-quality furniture and accessories that, with proper care, will last for many years. Our often heavy and robust balcony furniture is handmade with care.

These premium balcony pieces therefore deserve appropriate and careful shipping. From quality control to careful packing and dispatch, we do everything we can to deliver your purchase in perfect condition. We’ve already made many customers happy!

That’s why all of our products are professionally and securely packaged, so your order arrives safely and undamaged at the place where it will stand for years — or eventually find a new home.

Because of their weight and size, larger items such as the balcony bench and balcony lounge set are shipped in multiple parcels. For even heavier and larger balcony furniture such as the balcony lounge bench and the balcony daybed, we use pallet transport for maximum protection during transit. Unfortunately, these cannot be shipped via standard parcel services.

Prefer to pick up your order yourself? You can! You’re very welcome to collect your order free of charge by appointment in Woerden (Province of Utrecht).
