This balcony hocker cushion measuring 60 x 60 cm is made of Sunproof Cartenza plain fabric. The thickness of the balcony hocker cushion is 6 cm. This fabric is often chosen for outdoor cushions because of its many advantages and favorable price/quality ratio. We have this balcony stool cushion made specifically for the teak 60 x 60 cm balcony hocker. which in turn fits perfectly with the 120 cm wide balcony bench. The hocker can be used both as a footrest, extra chair and as a side table for the balcony. Both the hocker and balcony bench have a big storage space under the removable seating.

Sunproof Cartenza uni fabric

Sunproof Cartenza fabric is tested according to the official test method for outdoor use; code: BS EN ISO-B04. This test method tests color fastness, UV resistance and the weathering process. Because outdoor fabrics are constantly exposed to severe weather conditions, this is the only standard that proves that the Sunproof Cartenza fabric will stay beautiful and fresh for years.

Sunproof Cartenza fabric has favourable properties for outdoor use. Among other things, it is dirt- and water-repellent, chlorine- and seawater-resistant and mildew-proof. In addition, it is produced environmentally friendly, Sunproof fabrics are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified and recyclable.

Maintenance tips for the balcony stool cushion:

Stains can generally be easily removed by dabbing the stain with lukewarm water in combination with washing-up liquid.
Bleaching agents – may be used if – necessary
The bench cushion can be washed at 40 degrees (do not iron or tumble dry).
Does not need ironing
Dry the cushion cover on the washing line. Tumble dry only on low heat
Do not clean with a high-pressure jet or steam device
Cartenza bench cushions should be stored away in wet weather, preferably inside
The sg30 polyether foam filling is not water resistant and will eventually let water through.

Shipping Method Outside the Netherlands

Depending on the order size or box dimensions, the order will be delivered by a parcel service or a carrier on a pallet.
Parcels/small boxes will be shipped in a sturdy and well-packaged cardboard box.

Points of attention during delivery

We take the greatest possible care when sending and delivering our products to the given delivery address.

To ensure the best possible delivery, we recommend that you provide a mobile phone number where the person who will receive the order can be reached on the day of delivery. This way we or the driver can let you know exactly what time we will arrive and you can prepare for the delivery. Often there will be a phone call +/- 30 minutes before delivery.
Always make sure that someone is present at the agreed time to take the order.
Indicate well in advance if there are any situations that could make the delivery more difficult, making the accessibility of the delivery address less good or impossible.
As soon as your order has been registered with the external carrier or parcel service, you will receive one or more track and trace numbers via e-mail
If the order is delivered on one or more pallets, these pallets will always be returned with you
The external carrier or parcel service delivers to the door or hallway on the first floor. Unless otherwise agreed, you must therefore take the order yourself and place it in the appropriate place
If the delivery is outsourced to an external carrier you will receive a receipt or order letter from the driver
If the package may be delivered to the neighbors, please report this in advance
Always check the offered order for damage. If these are made to the packaging and therefore possibly the content, you should take pictures and ask for a signature from the driver. This is very important in a possible warranty process
Good to know. If you are going to receive a package via a parcel delivery service, you will receive a message from the parcel delivery service shortly beforehand about the time period in which your package will be delivered. In this message you will find a link to several options to change your delivery. Think of a drop off permission or drop off at the neighbors. If you choose for drop off permission then you give the driver of the parcel delivery service permission to drop off or give in to the neighbors only that specific parcel at a safe place in your house. For this you, the consumer, give permission to the parcel deliverer. At that moment The Balcony Bench is no longer responsible for any damage whatsoever. All costs resulting from this, such as extra shipping costs, return costs, damage and compensation to The Balcony Bank for an incomplete and therefore unsalable product, will be borne by you as a responsible consumer.

We charge shipping costs because we make every effort to package, ship, and deliver our heavy products as well and safely as possible to you. Additionally, each product is checked in advance. Large and heavy products such as balcony benches, storage boxes, and balcony chairs are shipped in multiple packages. In the Randstad area, we often personally deliver the larger and heavier packages. During this delivery, we provide advice and place the items where you want, with or without a lift and on any possible floor. You can also choose to arrange a free pickup appointment with us in Woerden.
