Contest information

How to Participate?

1. Participating: After purchasing a balcony bench, balcony lounge bench, or a balcony lounge set from January 18, 2024, you can participate in the Balcony Makeover Contest. It’s up to you whether to participate or not. Don’t miss this opportunity!
2. ‘Before’ Photo or Video: Take one or more photos and/or videos of your balcony as it currently is, so before the transformation.
3. Transform and Style: Use our balcony furniture to give your balcony a new look.
4. ‘After’ Photo or Video: Take one or more photos and/or videos of your transformed balcony from the same camera positions.
5. Sharing on Social Media: Post the ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos and/or videos on one or more of these channels: Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Use the hashtag #balconymakeovercontest. Don’t forget to tag us with @hetbalkonbankje. Read more here about how to share per social media channel.
6. Description: Also share a brief explanation of the transformation process in the description.

Prize

• The winner receives the full purchase amount back

Timeline

• Participation Period: You can share your entries until September 30, 2024.
• Announcement of Winner: October 1, 2024, at 18:00 on the social media channels used by the winner. The winner will be tagged and will receive an email.

• Most impressive transformation (from ‘before’ to ‘after’).

• No Favoritism: All submissions will be judged fairly, regardless of the purchase amount, popularity, or the number of followers of the participant.

• By participating in this contest, you automatically give Het Balkonbankje permission to use the submitted images and/or videos. These media will be used in marketing materials such as the webshop and social media.
